User found on Connect app search but not on website

I could have sworn that a friend of mine had a garmin, so I searched for her on the connect website but it returned no results. Then I tried later on the app and she showed up. I tried again on the website and still nothing. Any idea why this is and how to find her on the connect website?

If you search using the email address that the friend uses for their Garmin account, that usually produces better, more accurate results.
