Deleting Activities - Watch Sync

Hi all,

Just a quick question - If I delete an activity from Garmin Connect, does it sync backwards to my watch?

I recently deleted a load of test activities and they are still on the watch.

    There is no sync to the watch. You will have to delete them on the watch. Activites on the watch that has synced to Garmin Connect will not be deleted in Garmin Connect if you remove them on the watch.

    Thanks for letting me know. I had an older Garmin and I made a tonne of dump Activity recordings. They have all synced to my watch and I have deleted them from the website, but they remain on the watch.
