We don't support the file type you tried to import vivoactive 3 with music

Hi there

I had an activity from 9/4 that didn't sync and can't be imported due to an unsupported file type error message. i attempted to repair the file via FIT File repair but haven't had luck. I've not run into this before, but the run was longer than usual and battery ran low to 20%. Strangely my watchface changed as I was finishing or after I stopped the activity, and after a power on/off (with little success, I turned it off and it remained off until I performed a 30 second hold/power on. Steps and average/max heart rate were recorded from the 9/4 activity but not the actual run. Any advice? Should I try to convert to a GPX file type from FIT? Here is a link to the file via dropbox as I can't seem to compress it to ZIP:

Dropbox Fit File 9-4-21

I listened to music, which stopped suddenly at 8.5 miles (it was a 9 mile run) and I couldn't turn it back on. I used airpods. I have an apple iphone. There was a pause at 5 miles for a few minutes. There were 7 activity files in the Activity folder.

Thank you! this has been an interesting research project though I might not be able to solve it on my own. Kind regards, BP
