Get 500 Error when trying to change email address on my account

I need to update my email address. I log into Connect via the web browser and can get to the change email address page, but when I go to update my email address I get a 500 error.

Is there anyone from Garmin on this forum? This is a software bug that needs fixing.

From Garmin Connect Web - https://connect.garmin.com/modern/settings/accountInformation

Clicking on "Change Email," it should take you to the Garmin Account Details page - https://www.garmin.com/en-US/account/profile/ or the URL for your country, Do you not get that far or is it after you make the change then click "save" ?

Thanks for reply,

When I got to the account information page, I click the change email link to the right of my email address.

When I hit that link I get taken straight away to a 500 error at this URL https://www.garmin.com/en-US/account/profile/

I have tried to sub the en-US for NZ and that doesn't work either.

Getting the same for it I try to change my password!

Should be https://www.garmin.com/en-NZ/account/profile/, which also works for me. Might want to try from another computer or even another network - from your phone with wi-fi turned off so you're only using cellular.

Yup no joy. Tried lap top and phone wifi / 4g and different browsers. It must be something borked on my account.
