Data not showing on Garmin profile page.

Set up my profile on the Garmin page, but it shows no activity, no achievements etc. How do I get it from the Connect App to my profile page?

    If you've created a new profile, then that is why you don't see your data. You should use the same Garmin account (email address) that you used to log into the Garmin Connect Mobile app. If you're logged into Garmin Connect Web with the same Garmin user name that you use for the Connect app, all your activities will be there. You don't need to move or transfer anything, as both the Garmin Connect app and Garmin Connect Web get their data from the same source.

    Yes, it is on my Connect app. It is not showing on my Garmin profile. I just set that up today, so are you saying it will be there! eventually? How long will it take (average)?

    The app and the web shows the same data. There is no syncing. Both are just displaying what is stored on the Garmin servers. That means that you have logged in with the wrong account on the web page. You've probably created a new account.

    Logout from the web and login again with the same account as in the app.

    • Thanks e7Andy, but the only two things I did was add a bio to the profile, and add my name. It was showing a number instead of my Garmin screen name.

    I think we are confused as to which profile you're referencing. This profile sounds like it's the one for this forum, which is different from your actual Garmin account profile, even though you login with the same credentials.

    If this is the case, then you will not see any of your Garmin connect activity data here. If this is still not correct, could you please post a screenshot of what you're looking at, so we can be sure. Thanks.

    • Thanks, seilogramp. You are correct, it was the profile from this forum. The main Garmin page that I looked at has the same log in info, but has no place for activity on it. Thanks again, Lise
