Accidently discarded my run, and unable to extract it with the garmin site

hello, this evening I've finished my run. I did not look at the watch after that for 10 minutes and then saw the run is not in history while the watch went back to the home page. I have used Recuva to find the fit file and found it , but it says its in poor state, and when I upload it to the garmin site theres an error. I tried online fit file fixer without any success. will appreciate any help!

That's the best I was able to get with fitfile repairtool.

This is a common problem with recovered files, especially if you've used the watch after the deletion. Post your zipped fit file here and we'll give it our best attempt to repair it for you.

Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
Or upload the fit file to a file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc., make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.
