Corrupt FIT file

Hi all,

I just got off the phone with Garmin regarding an activity that will not upload. I was really hoping to view this workout but unfortunately Garmin said the file is corrupted and they don't have a way to fix it. Is this something anyone here can help with? I'm also having issues posting the file in this chat... I would be very grateful for any help!

Not sure if Garmin support discussed minimizing the occurrence of this issue but here are some tips that might be helpful

After verifying that everything has synced, remove the files in the \GARMIN\ACTIVITY folder on the device’s file system using these directions: Removing Recorded Activities on a Garmin Fitness Device
Avoid excessive button presses such as pausing during your activity. If you need to pause frequently during your run, consider turning on auto pause
Regularly check for firmware updates using Garmin Express
If issues with corrupt files persist, contact Garmin Support

Thank you so much! I asked but they did not think there were any ways to mitigate the occurrence of this issue. I think Garmin should be paying you as an extension of their customer service team.
