Not sure what the issue was but my guess, this was a big file and maybe the watch was running out of storage space?

Follow seilogramp's advice:

"It's suggested to regularly clean out the \GARMIN\ACTIVITY folder on the device using these directions: Removing Recorded Activities to Free Up Space on a Garmin Fitness Device"

Yes the HR strap was on, Im afraid this is the problem as the data could not be found duting saving...? Thnx

8527507, nice job! . Those multi-sport activities are sometimes finicky. I keep the FFRT user manual close by because it is very thorough .
