Garmin Connect In Chrome Display Problem

Hi, my F6 connects fine and I can get to my daily summary in Connect on Chrome.  BUT, my activity list is totally blank and if I find an activity on a daily summary page it appears but if I click on the activity (say to view a map) I do not see anything displayed in Connect (a blank page within the Connect webpage).  Things work better but not perfectly on Edge (I can see my activity maps etc but my calendar view only displays 2 events and nothing else (I have dozens of events in reality).  The  mobile App is fine.  Any ideas?  Thanks! 

  • I assume you're using Garmin Connect Web on a desktop computer? And you've cleared cache and history from both Edge and Chrome?  What happens if you use Garmin Connect Web (not the app) on your phone using just cellular data, or tethering to your phone? If it works, that would suggest that there could be an issue with the network, DNS, or ISP being used on your computer.

  • Hi, the data display is perfect on my iphone.  On edge the data is there EXCEPT on the calendar which is almost empty despite something everyday on the mobile app.  If I clear my history in Chrome the data displays fine for a day or so but eventually the only data I can see is in my daily dashboard. Others show nothing.  The activity list tab, for example, brings up a  page correctly formatted but as though there had been no activities.  It's obviously a caching problem but I'm on a high-powered up to date PC and only have this issue with Connect Web.  I can also recall similar issues in years past (only recently came back to Garmin).  Thanks for any insights!
