Garmin Customer Service terrible experience. I received a reply on my email in language that I cannot understand.

I contacted Garmin support about my forerunner 245 music by email.

I had a bad luck and 2 years and 1 month after I bought it dead pixels appeared on my watch. This is known issue and my intention was to recive information about cost of replacment of a screen. Garmin forums are clogged up about this facotry issue. I was not aware about it when I bought my watch.

I really like my forerunner 245 music and I wanted to keep it but this white dot is super annoying https://imgur.com/a/EErgjGP and I cannot tolerate it.

I sent my mail in english and Garmin employee sent me a tamplate replay in a dutch, in language that I cannot understand at all. I had to use a google translate to know what Garmin custommer support wrote in replay. This is some kind o joke.

Imgur counts views and my link with pictures of a damaged watch that I included in my mesage showed 0 so garmin employee haven't even looked at photos at all.

Overall I'm supper disapointed wih garmin.

Edit: I replied 7 days ago on this messege and nothing happend from a Garmin side.
