Strava Live segments no longer appearing on Garmin Edge 830

Strava live segments no longer appear on my Edge 830, which is rather annoying, and I haven't been able to find a fix for weeks.

Live segments were appearing fine, before the latest software update.

I've checked settings/ connected apps/ strava to see if the setting is applied, and Use Strava live segments is turned on.

I've made sure the phone and 830 are connected before riding. Live track is working fin, as are post ride uploads, so obviously the 830 and starve are talking to each other, just not showing live segments.

I've deleted then reinstalled Connect to see if this would fix the issue, but it doesn't.

I've also deleted and reinstalled Strava, but this doesn't fix it either.

I know Strava isn't the issue, as if I ride with my phone on the bars, the live segments show on Strava on the phone, but not the Garmin.

Any ideas?

Same issue. Last time I got a call back from support the guy was totally unfamiliar with the 830 and three times I asked if he was still on the phone because there was such a long pause. This thing is going back to REI and I'm getting a different brand. Had three problem free years with my Fenix and was hoping this would be the same. The barbarians are at the gate Garmin (Hammerhead & Wahoo)
