Unable to view the activity on Connect.

I attempted a triathlon yesterday. The stats are perfectly visible on the watch (Fenix 3HR). But the activity is not visible on the Connect app. All the other peripherals associated with it viz, no. of steps, intensity minutes, HR data etc are visible except the activity itself. I have tried uploading the .FIT file on the Connect webpage via USB and also on Strava. But both of them are showing error. 

The .FIT file might need repair. Would be great if anybody can help me restore the data.
