Why, when I use the Tack device (via Tack App) and my Garmin Watch at the same time, The Garmin Connect add both activities as they were 2 instead of 1 ????

I haven't used the app since my Tacx trainer is too old and dumb so I can't do any tests.
It is really bad if the app can't log at least the same data as any other Garmin device.
I guess Garmin hasn't yet implemented everything into the Taxc app. It takes time to implement new functionality. Taxc and Firstbeat Analytics are rather new company acquisitions for Garmin. Taxc in 2019 and Firstbeat Analytics in 2020.
You should get heart rate data in Tacx if you pair the heart rate monitor with the trainer.
I have the same problem, and have been unable to pair my Garmin watch with the Tacx trainer (I would be interested to hear from anyone who was able to do that). Therefore, I record both activities, and merge the tcx files afterwards, then upload the merged file.
Overall, Garmin support for Tacx equipment has not been great...
The whole point is that the watch will log different data (heart rate) than the trainer app, and we would like to have that combined into one file.
this is exactly the point. I am using the Tacx Neo 2t and the D2/Delta Watch and the Trainer App does not recognize the Heart Rate monitor (watch) even thought I put the watch Hear Rate in broadcasting mode.
I also tried a Chest Heart Rate monitor with Ant+ technology from Garmin and the Trainer do not see it. I am believing that the Tacx Trainer App need an urgent update
