black or blank badges

I. am earning badges. but when I click to see the badges I get a black screen. Also when I look at the challenge all I see is black outlines of the badges so I can not tell what they look like. please advise on how to fix this issue.

Do you see that issue in Garmin Connect Web? You've posted in that forum.

For iOS there is a known issue with iPhones that can't upgrade to iOS 13. They can't install the latest version of Garmin Connect that solves that issue.
