For a few weeks in Garmin Connect, it is no longer possible to set speed goals in running in training planning. Can you go back?
I just bought a Forerunner 245, and I too am wondering how to set speed goals. It asks about distance goals and time goals but those are for people who want to commit to running so many hours or km per week. I don't have goals for how long I spend training. My goals are for how fast I go!
