Bike heart rate and other data missing from triathlon

Yesterday I recorded a triathlon on my Forerunner 935 with an HRM-Pro strap. Heart rate appears to be correct on each of the 5 individual component activities but much of it is missing on the combined multisport activity. There's no data for heart rate, elevation, or temperature from 0:38:38 (near end of swim activity) to 1:55:21 (near end of bike activity). The charts just have straight lines across that period. Is there a way to fix that? Is this a defect in Garmin Connect?

Can you zip then insert the fit file from this activity into your post? We might be able to see from the file what's going on.

Yes I updated the activity times to match the official chip times. But why would that prevent heart rate from displaying correctly?

This seems to be a consistent defect in Garmin Connect. I did another triathlon on Sunday with the same devices and now see the same problem. The multisport activity is missing data from the bike activity. But when I drill down into the bike activity itself then all the data is correct.
