Missing Strava segments

Hi guys, has anyone had an issue where starred Strava segments drop off your device, despite still showing up on the Strava and Garmin dashboards? If so how do I get them to go live again on my head unit please? I have tried everything...

As I know from practice there are two reasons why Strava segment may not appear on the device:

Negative grade of the segment. Downhill competitions are not allowed, probably, for safety reasons.

Check your stared segments for mentioned above reasons.

Thanks, but this isn't the issue, as it isn't showing any issues at all, and most of my segments are all uphill. They are all regular segments which were appearing prior to the recent software update.

Then in your case you have another issue and according to your original post the issue is on Edge 830. Different devices/software - different issues. On my Forerunner 945 the live segment works - checked several days ago. Hope you will resolve the issue you are experiencing.
