How to load a GPX file onto Fenix 6 to use on indoor trainner?

I would like to train for an event I have completed before and would like to load the work out profile onto my Garmin Fenix 6X and use it to work out on my Wahoo Kickr. I have downloaded the GPX file. Please could you be of some assistance.

Import the course to Garmin Connect connect.garmin.com/.../courses and then send it to your watch. Sync. Then you can select the course.
