Useful error messages when trying to import gpx files

Hi,

Just in case someone from Garmin reads this ..

It is 2021 and an error message like

An error occurred with your upload. Please try again.

Is pretty useless!

... and by the way, it has never ever bin useful, not to say helpful.

I bet your product managers can do better and request proper error messages from the devs to be displayed.

We are mostly a community of users, so this will likely not get seen by Garmin staff. However, you can submit a request here - Share Ideas | Garmin

Also, if you're having a particular issue with a GPX file just let us know what you're trying to do. Importing as an activity, course, etc.? What is the source of the file? Then attach your GPX file to your post and we will attempt to help you..

Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
Or upload the file to a file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc., make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.
