Half marathon training plan

I'm 16 weeks into a 24 week half marathon training program (Coach Amy). I've been running 30-35 miles a week for a few months, and all of the sudden my mileage went down to 25 miles for two weeks. My long runs are 6 miles. That used to be my tired run after the long run. Next week is even less mileage. What gives? Does the program include extended rest periods in the middle? Can I adjust and add more mileage?
