I ran it through Garmin Basecamp. The course initially looked like this:
Using the divide tool, I selected what I thought looked normal.
Then exported as gpx - szlak-green-velo-fixed.gpx
The missing parts look to be alternate routes as they do not follow a normal timestamp/GPS sequence. Also seeing some similar courses on Garmin Connect Web, more like the one I fixed.
