Connect IQ store only showing 4 pages of data

I have a Vivoactive 4 and also a Venu 2. I have always been able to find all the available faces and apps for each device by going into Connect, choosing Devices and Sync status (Icon of a watch in the upper right) anc then choosing Connect IQ store. But now that option gives 4 pages of data for each watch and there are definitely faces that are available for each watch that are not in the list. I tried with 2 different browsers.
