Can you please help me fix my file?

Hello,

Bought my Edge 530 two weeks ago, 3 trips went fine and did automtically upload but since activity number 4 it wil not sync.

Tried everything, connect, disconnect, re-install programm, delete catche etc.

I can see the file when connecting to my pc. Tried the kiesewetter repair programm. But no success.

Is there any solution left? Should I return the device?

I included my file, is there perhaps anyone who can help me with this issue? That would be great.

Hi, thanks for your quick reply.

It was about 51 km as I recall.

I copied the file to my pc and deleted it from my deivce. Now I can't see the exact distance anymore.
