Can't upload my ride - "The upload appears to be malformed and we are unable to process it"

Hi,

I can't upload my file on Strava or Garmin Connect. I tried manually but got the message "The upload appears to be malformed and we are unable to process it".

I think it comes from the fact that my Garmin ran out of battery right when I finished my ride and it was starting to upload...

this is the actual file:

2021-07-24-16-25-38.fit

Can you help at all?

We can, but we need the file. It isn't attached to your post correctly.

Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
Or upload the fit file to a file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc., make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.
