Intense minute suddenly stop updating for venu sq

Thread found was 5 years ago. But im having this issue today. Zero calculation although the activities shown on the charts in green. I did 2 brisk walk and my heart rate charts are all recorded. 

saw a garmin lily posted the same issue 16hrs ago but no one responded. Is there any other way to contact garmin? Instead of leaving users hanging & waiting? 

i have restart the phone, restart the device, log in and out but nothing seems to work

  • Thanks philips but ive tried looking in forums for the solution and didnt find any hence this thread. 

    i have updated mu device to latest, also my garmin connect is the latest (checked on app info) 

    i have only been using this venu sq since 2021 May. Still new. And recently even the gps started to give me issues (pace & mapping) All 3, gps, gps + glonass, gps galileo. It only work super well under clear sky with no obstruction when in fact, since May i can use them just fine around my condomininium park area under some shady trees. So what gives? Why the sudden issue? 

    I cant even find email address for support. Well, there is one for garmin UK but not for garmin malaysia. And since my country is under quarantine its hard to just walk in to service centre.
