Error syncing with Garmin Connect

I have a Garmin 610. Friday after syncing & I think there was an update to download, I haven't been able to sync SAT & SUN runs. I've looked at the Sync file & deleted the downloads after trying to manually upload them as that didn't work. After the drop & drag, I received an error that said File wasn't in supported format. Usually when I have had a corrupt file in the past, it says file is corrupt. Anyone else experience anything like this? Would the best course of action be to delete SAT & SUN runs (as maybe the files are corrupt)? Uninstall & Reinstall Garmin Express on my computer? I am able to send workouts to my 610 so there is no issue with that end. Thanks!
