I am using a Stages Spin bike at the gym. I have been saving the data onto a USB. how do I get the data from the USB to my Garmin Connect?

Garmin typically will only accept activities recorded on a Garmin device, but you can try a manual upload. How Do I Manually Upload an Activity I Recorded to Garmin Connect?
