Ultra 30 Lens swap

Just wondering if it is possible to swap out a damaged lens on an Ultra 30.

I have two camera units, one with a motion sensor issue (even with it switched off in the settings it starts recording the second you move it), the other works fine but has an issue with the lens.

Does anyone have a walkthrough (if it is actually possible) to swap out the faulty lens for the good one?

Garmin used to sell a lens replacement kit for the ultra 30 (look for garmin part number 010-12389-09), so it's definitely possible (and probably not difficult) to replace a lens on that camera, however I did not find any tutorials on how the procedure actually looks like.

You can still buy the kits, disassembly is my issue I guess.

I have taken laptops apart to repair but outside of a single external screw by the battery compartment it's not that intuitive.
