Gramin app not signing in

Am trying to login to the Garmin connect app but it’s not able to sign in due to some error. Pls see pic. Have bought a new garmin smart watch and created a new account but unable to get started.

Is this your first Garmin watch? If you already have an account, just use the same account and password. Verify that you can login to Garmin Connect Web using the same credentials as you're using on the phone app.
