Vivoactive 4S screen not working

Hello.

I have the vivoactive 4s smart watch for about a year or 2 now. The last week or so the battery life seemed to drain very quickly even though I haven't done anything different feom previous weeks.

I charged the watch as recommended. The battery would say 98% then in about 2 min the battery life is down to 10% and the touch screen is not working. When trying to swipe up and down it won't work but when pressing the side buttons it will change. 

I have tried switching the device off and on. After doing this the device worked correctly for about an hour and showed the correct battery life. But then had the exact same issue again. I had to restart the device again after which I completely reset the device to factory setting but after 2 minutes it does the exact same thing again.

Please help
