I recently did 50000 steps in a day but did not receive the badge yet? The user I did the challenge with has received her badge.

Hi, yes I do. It says underneath that it’s my new personal record as well. But the badge is still grey and if I click on it it says I haven’t earned the badge.

It sounds like everything is working except for the badge. This is probably a case for Garmin Support: https://support.garmin.com/
