Fit File not recognised

Hello,
I have a fit file that is coming up as not recognised when I try to manually upload to garmin connect. I can't open on my garmin device, I was able to see the summary at the end of the cycle but it never uploaded. This is a cycle that was recorded on a garmin edge 520. I have tried online fit file fixers but no joy. Could anyone on here help to fix the file for me?

Yes. Zip the file and insert it into your post.

Yes, but it's only 2 kB in size, contains no timestamp records and most of it is corrupt. Can you give us a little background on this? Was it accidentally deleted then recovered. Something else happen?

Fit File Repair Tool reports the following:

2012 bytes of the file are corrupted and could not be repaired.

It was never deleted. I completed a race, the summary showed up but it never uploaded to my phone. I completed a warm up and cool down, both of these uploaded to my phone because I was near it when I hit save. All three fit files are 2KB in size? I can't open any of the files on my garmin, they are there but I can't open.

I added another one of the fit files. Is this one the same? Is there anything that can be done if the whole file is corrupt?

I'm only seeing 2021-06-11-18-57-59.zip which only contains 2021-06-11-18-57-59.fit. Can you post them both?

I have zipped all 3 files and removed the other zip file, saved in the original post. Thanks again for all your help.
