Garmin Connect power chart distance

When I look at a cycling activity in Garmin Connect, all of the charts show the correct information over time. When I look at them over distance, the power chart shows thousands of miles, but all of the other charts show the correct distance.  In the screen shot below, it shows 36,000 miles instead of the 25 or so miles that should be there. The same data in Strava show correct distances.  I'm using the Garmin 520 and Stages 105 Gen 3 power meter.  Any thoughts on what's going on?

  • I noticed this yesterday too. The shown unit is miles, but the numbers are 'metres'.

  • Thanks, I didn't catch that it was actually meters instead of miles as labeled.  It still makes it hard to compare with the cursors on the other charts, but I think I can work with that.

  • It's not only power now, other charts also show wrong distance on full view.

For 24 KM run it shows over 9000 KM.

To see correct distance: while having full view turned on - switch to time and switch again to distance, then it shows correct distance until closed.

    And for kilometers it's funny value - to calculate correct distance: VALUE * 1.61 * 1.61 / 1000.
