Awesome Service - Garmin Australia

I just wanted to say that I have over the past 4-6 weeks received some excellent help from the Product Support team from Garmin here in Australia. Without going through the issues, I dealt with Eleste today and I found her to be very professional and focused on finding a solution. Great work and thank you again.

  • Thanks for the report. That is the experience we receive here as well. Although, the forum tends to aggregate the unfortunate few that do not have a great experience. It's nice to hear from the silent majority once in a while.Slight smileThumbsup

  • I guess its good to have somewhere people can vent frustrations... but equally it would be nice if the same people could say nice things when the good stuff happens. :-)
