Garmin Fit File Malformed

Hey everyone! I know this has been brought up several times already but wondering if anyone can help?? I only care about the upload because this was my big personal goal for the year and am super bummed I can't upload to strava. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Tommysign07, I used the Fit File Tools section remover to fix it - Tommysign07.zip. Unzip and import into Garmin Connect Web.

Have you already tried a manual upload? How Do I Manually Upload an Activity I Recorded to Garmin Connect?

If you get any message other than Import Complete, then there is a problem with the file. It is likely corrupt. Attach it to this thread. We can take a look to see if it is repairable.

Attach the .fit file from the activity to your post. We can then look at it an help if possible.

Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
Or upload the fit file to a file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc., then share a link to the file in your post.
