Well oiled machine badge not awarded.???

I have improved my running VO2 Max a few times this month (even going from good to excellent) but haven't yet received the well oiled machine badge - am I doing something wrong, do I need to record it anywhere else to get the badge?

I haven't heard back from him. I suggested that he should contact Garmin Support if the badge isn't awarded. https://support.garmin.com/

No, quick as a flash I heard nothing- not even an acknowledgement of my email....

I did contact Garmin Support. They asked me to call them but I asked what they needed from me in order to proceed.

I sent them a screenshot from connect.garmin.com of the not awarded badge, the evolution of my VO2 max through .csv file (export from connect.garmin.com) and a zip file of the latest activity for which I improved my VO2 max.

They granted the badge 1 hour later.

I hope this helps other in the same situation if it persists
