Corrupt file

Question

Hi! 
 I just ran half marathon and it&rsquo;s showing on my watch but not on my garmin connect. Have tried to upload using usb but it says the FIT file is corrupt? 
 Can anybody help please as it&rsquo;s driving me a bit crazy! X

 Some suggestions to help minimize the occurrence of corrupt fit files: 
 
 After verifying that everything has synced, remove the files in the \GARMIN\ACTIVITY folder on the device&rsquo;s file system using these directions: Removing Recorded Activities on a Garmin Fitness Device If you're using a Mac computer, empty the trash folder before you unplug your device from the computer 
 Try to avoid excessive button presses during your activity 
 Regularly check for firmware updates using Garmin Express 
 If issues with corrupt files persist, contact Garmin Support 
 
 Error Occurs When Manually Uploading Activity Data to Garmin Connect
