Corrupt FIT file activity

Hi- I went for a ride today and can't open the file. I have no idea why. Garmin connect and Strava say the fit file is corrupted. Why would this be?

Zip then attach the fit file to this thread. We can take a look to see if it is repairable.

2 ways to get the file to us:
- Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload …

Zip then attach the fit file to this thread. We can take a look to see if it is repairable.

2 ways to get the file to us:

Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
Upload the fit file to a file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc., then post a link to the file in your post.

One other question- it hasn't recorded any heart rate or power data. Why is this?

Sorry I meant on Strava. I transferred the activity but it didn't contain heart rate or power data.
