Edit totals on Garmin Edge 1000

I have accidentally done a factory rest on my Edge 1000. I've restored all settings except the totals.

Does anyone know how to edit the individual activity totals and also the device all time totals or could someone edit my file to include the totals.

I have an old version of Fit File Repair Tool but that doesn't produce a file that works on the Edge 1000.

I have contacted Garmin but they couldn't help.

    I have Fit File Repair Tool ver. 8.13.2. If you can zip and attach the current totals.fit file. I, or someone can fix it. Just list what the individual totals should be as well as the activity totals.

    Thanks for the reply - I've tried to attach the Totals.fit file and a screenshot showing how Fit File Repair Tool should look, I don't know whether Total Time is actually required but I've added it in case. 

    I don't know where the device totals are saved but they are Rides - 792. Distance 46700.1km, Time 7,553,617 seconds.

    The first row should be the sum of all profiles. The rows below that contain the activity profiles.

    This should work - 5672.Totals-fixed.zip

    Unzip then rename it to totals.fit. Copy it to the GARIM\NEWFILES folder then restart your Edge.

    Brilliant - thank you very much for your help. The activity profiles have updated perfectly. You have saved the day.

    Just for your information the device totals/sum of all activities show the correct number of rides but time and distance are incorrect. I expected them to be wrong. I think this is because the device can only deal with a certain limit on time and miles.
