Load Focus is calculated off, no Low Aerobic Load despite most exercises are in Z2.

Basically that is it. Since there is no Garmin customer support in existence thank's to their no support is best policy ('broken' links), I have to report here:

Guess they use some fixed zones and ignore user settings?

Hi,

I have the same issue but then with not registering any high aerobic load. This started after a SW update this summer on the Edge 1030+ which erased all my manually defined HR zones. I use the E1030+ for over a year now and have used a E1030 1.5 years before so can compare training load I have done easily from year to year. I have NEVER used auto calc for determining my HR zones but all of a sudden that was switched on after that forced SW update. Ever since then, even when putting back all settings, this error is there.

So I am convinced it's a P1 software blunder in the current E1030+ SW 5.20 or in a new version of Garmin Express (or underlying database SW).

I have synced my E1030+ multiple times via Garmin Express (windows PC) and that doesn't help.

Soooo... A kind though very urgent request to Garmin US where the SW development is doen: Fix this bug in Garmin Connect, Express, E1030+ SW!

Meanwhile it got sorted out on my FR745, seems to be working well now.

I did nothing, Garmin must have sorted it out either on their server side or during the watch firmware updates.

Thanks for your response. Confirms my assumption it is a major SW bug either Edge1030+ and/or Garmin Express (underlying database SW. Has happened before :-( ) and/or Garmin Connect
