runs not uploading

My runs / activities are not uploading via my garmin connect app.... it shows that sync is complete but no activities reflecting ..... just replaced by Fenix5x with a Fenix6X and having the same issue .... please assist.

Garmin Connect for iOS or android? Do the activities show up in Garmin Connect Web? https://connect.garmin.com/modern/activities

Do they upload if you use Garmin Express or do a manual upload? How Do I Manually Upload an Activity I Recorded to Garmin Connect?

Could be a number of different solutions, but the answers to these questions could narrow it down a bit
