Garmin watch synchronisez perfectly with Garmin connect : but not with Garmin Connect Web

so the Garmin Connect Web is used by the 3rd party app YAZIO, which doesn't get the right information of course

I see so many "problems" and isues with connecting tot Garmin Connect Web, even from 3 years ago : is anybody from Garmin itself reading what we write here ? I wonder ...

Will bring the watch back if I don't get this fixed !

Can anybody help me ?

I want my number of steps and my activities to be syncronised with https://connect.garmin.com/modern/

HELP !!!

If you're seeing different data between Garmin Connect app and Garmin Connect Web, that is likely due to having logged in with a different account. The app and the web version of connect get the data from the same source, based on the logged in account (email address).

thanks for your reply, but REALLY ??? I don't think so ! I am alone and know very well what I'm doing : I do log in with the same account, I just made an account, so I am 200% not to have multiple accounts !!

It doeln't sync, just one time when I log in, and then no more during the time following.

But my mind is made up : I bring the watch back ! it's already reset and back in the box.

Trust me : it's not my problem anymore,when I google I find the internet FULL of this problem !
