Corrupted .fit file, please help

Hi!

I went on a 4 day expedition, pausing my activity each night, but after ending the trip the watch has been unsuccessful in syncing the activity with garmin connect. Activities that have been recorded afterwards are correctly synced. The file is quite large (4.1MB), not sure if garmin connect has a limit?

From garmin explore it seems like the activity has been partly imported. Tried uploading the .fit file directly to garmin connect web, but received an error;
"One of your files was not accepted by the system. Please contact Support for assistance"

I'm using a Linux computer, so I'm not able to use the fit file repair tool. Could someone please give it a try? Much appreciated.

Edit: Was able to import the file directly into Strava, but it seems like the track has been cut off at 99.98 km even though I know the watch was running all the way to the end (about 123km). If it would be possible to convert the file to CSV it could be interesting to see what happened in the file around the 100km mark.
