Express Not Opening.

Hello,

Garmin express is refusing to open on my windows 10 PC - I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling, running as admin, deleting the config file as suggested on the support pages - nothing works.

I tried installing an older version of express and that opened fine, until it requires the update to 7.4.1.0 again, which then stopped it working.

Not sure how else I can upload my runs otherwise on a forerunner 10?

Anyone got any solutions?
