Corrupted Fit fill Garmin edge 500

Hi everyone, 

I have a corrupted fit file from my edge 500 and i can't uploaded, i tried some tools and it seems that the totals are fine but the gps route is just a line, for some reason the strava segments are there.

Unfortunately i am on a mac and i can't use FFRT. 

Can somebody help please?
