That data was valuable to me and it's annoying to have functionality removed.

Hey, I checked Garmin Connect Web and the weekly breakdown between vigorous and moderate intensity minutes is there, but there's no daily breakdown (as matter of fact, you only get a bar graph for the daily minutes, which doesn't show actual numbers).
I figured this is useful information to have, so I cooked up a script that you can use on your Windows PC or Mac which shows you the daily breakdown for your weekly intensity minutes. (This will actually work on a tablet or phone, too, although the user experience might not be great on a phone.)
It will prompt you for the date of the week to show (the default is this week). If you run the script from a daily summary page (e.g. [https://connect.garmin.com/modern/daily-summary/2021-04-12]), it will use the date of that page.

Copy the script contents to your clipboard: Scroll to bottom of page, click on "RAW Paste Data" box, CTRL/CMD-A, CTRL/CMD-C
2) Open this page: https://caiorss.github.io/bookmarklet-maker/
2a) Set title to "GC intensity min"
2b) Paste script into "Code" box
2c) Click "generate bookmarklet"
2d) Drag blue bookmarklet to bookmarks bar. If the bookmarks bar isn't visible, press CTRL/CMD-SHIFT-B.
If you don't have a bookmark bar or you're on mobile, select and copy the contents of Output box, bookmark any site at all, edit the bookmark, then paste what you just copied into the Address/Location/URL box. (In Firefox you can also right-click and select "Bookmark this link")
Usage after Installation
1) Sign into Garmin Connect: [https://connect.garmin.com]
2) Click on "GC intensity min" bookmark. A dialog will open in the current tab.

BTW I checked Garmin Connect Mobile again, and now the daily breakdown for moderate and vigorous minutes is back lol. (You have to tap on Intensity Minutes to open the Intensity Minutes Detail page.) They also removed the week goal (and %) from the front page, at least for me.
The way GCM visualizes daily minutes vs weekly goal is bad tho. (It only shows the current day's contribution towards the weekly goal, without also showing the cumulative minutes for this week, which is pretty misleading and unhelpful, because you can't see how close you are to reaching your goal.)
I really wonder if Garmin ever uses their own stuff...
