Having trouble importing GPX file.

It gives me an error and says try again later. How can I get this to work? I’ve done this hundreds of times in the past with no problem

I realise I have used wrong import function, the cloud import function, and not the course import. (I didn't see there were two different import functions).

What was the source of the GPX file? Can you attach it here so we can see the issue? Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> Upload >> browse for file >> OK.

The source is a GPX file and I even tried to upload a few different files to see if the file might be the problem but I get the same error, even which files I’ve uploaded in the past. Unfortunately, I’m not super tech Savy and don’t know how to zip a file.

Samuelziv, where did you get it? From a web site? Which one? Did you create it yourself using course creating software?

If you're on a Windows computer, right-click the file you want to zip, and then select Send to > Compressed (zipped) folder.

I have the same problem. Garmin Connect can't read the gpx-file.

I have a zip-file, but don't know how to attach it here.

Insert->Image/Video/File->Upload or just drop the file in the edit window.

Included gpx-file doesn't load in my GC.
Saving to Edge 530 via USB connection is ok.

I have also tried to load the file in a gpx-editor (GPX Editor Version 1.7.15.1743) and resave it with a different name, but still load error.

I'm using Win 10 version 20H2, and Firefox version 88.0.1.

It also imported just fine into my Garmin Connect without me doing anything with the file.

Did you import into into Courses: https://connect.garmin.com/modern/courses

What error message do you get?
