Cycling activity visible on my Vivoactive watch not syncing with Connect App. Activity details are available on watch. 

This issue is popular in the Garmin Connect web but I see no fixes. Suggestion to manually copy activity is not really a fix.

  • This usually happens when for some reason the activity fit file is corrupt, and Garmin Connect does not accept it. I will not speculate about the reason, but the first thing to try is to import the activity file manually, and if this does not work, then you need to use some external tools to try to repair the file. Alternatively you can post the file here, because there are good people on this forum who are eager to help with the repair process.
