Didn’t receive a steps badge

I walked 20,000 steps yesterday. At 23:00 I started walking, finished at 00:20, the step count was not immediately displayed. For a while, 18000 steps were displayed, but then the result will be loaded, it happened already at 00:30. What could have gone wrong?

Garmin instinct, I use latest version of Garmin Connect

Yes, looks all right. In that case contact the Customer Support and ask them to fix it.

0:30 is another day. Only steps completed before the midnight count. What do the stats for the day tell? More than 20k steps or less?

at 23:59 more than 20,000 steps were displayed on the main screen

What is displayed when you tap the Steps card, and enter the Steps detailed screen, then swiping left to yesteday?
