Hello, I was wondering if someone with the ability to do so could take a look at this and see if they can fix the corruption? I tried FITFILETOOL but it cropped my data from 10 miles to less than one. Thanks in advance for your time.

Couple of issues:
Timestamp out of chronological oder
Erroneous positional data
Then some odd heart rate data. Were you wearing an HRM?
Repaired using Fit File Repair Tool. - B3I53412-fixed.fit
Import the into Garmin Connect using the [import data page]
